Joe Whalen

With over 25 years of experience in technology working with Internet Service Providers, Development Organizations and Information Technology, Joe joined CDM as a Business Analyst in 2013. Today as the Director of Information Technology, Joe oversees all of the applications development, programming and IT engineering at CDM with a customer-centric viewpoint. Joe enjoys working for CDM as he considers the company as valuing it’s employees as its greatest asset and genuinely invested in their well-being. When not at work, Joe is a podcaster and an avid Star Wars fan.
