Nicolette Hall

Nicolette joined CDM’s team in 2016 as a Cable Assembler and with her drive and enthusiasm was promoted to Operations Assistant in 2018. Now as Director of Operations & Manufacturing based out of the Turnersville, NJ, production facility, Nicolette will oversee all day-to-day production and inventory management operations at our New Jersey headquarters including production planning, scheduling and resource management. Nicolette was not only a decorated high school athlete but also a two-time All American collegiate athlete and gives back to the community by mentoring and volunteer coaching youth sports at a local high school.
