Colleen Harmel

Colleen joined CDM’s team as a receptionist in 2012, and drew on her years of customer service expertise to move into her current position of Customer Service Representative. Colleen’s diverse role includes all aspects of optimizing CDM’s customer experience, including working closely with the Purchasing, Operations and Sales Departments to assure every order is correct and on time. What Colleen enjoys most about CDM is the positive environment, and even though the company is consistently growing the staff remains a tight knit group. When she’s not at work, Colleen enjoys the outdoors and traveling to new places.
